Roberto Neri is a brand strategist, creative producer, and cultural connector working at the intersection of fashion, music, hospitality, and community.

Originally from Brazil and based in Paris, his practice explores how brands can move beyond communication to become meaningful participants in culture. Rather than creating campaigns, he builds ecosystems: bringing together artists, institutions, brands, and communities through experiences that generate both cultural relevance and long-term value.

At The Hoxton Paris, my role was to approach hospitality as a cultural platform: creating reasons for people to engage with the hotel beyond simply staying, eating or drinking there.

Across brand management, partnerships, PR and cultural programming, I developed collaborations and experiences connecting The Hoxton with Paris’ creative communities and with brands including Marshall, Red Bull, Lillet and others.

A major part of the work focused on La Piscine, the hotel’s seasonal outdoor space, which became a platform for music, food, community gatherings, brand activations and cultural programming throughout the summer.

From developing creative concepts and identifying partners to programming talent, producing events, managing PR and creating content opportunities, the objective was consistent: position The Hoxton as an active participant in the cultural life of Paris.

The work reflects my broader approach to hospitality: treating spaces not simply as venues, but as platforms capable of building communities, conversations and long-term cultural relevance.
